What mediums do you use in your painting – and are they varnished and framed?

I work mainly in water based mediums; acrylic paint, inks and a mixture of drawing materials - on either wood panels , paper or canvas. Works can include Framed work (that is not under glass) is varnished with a UV varnish and cold wax finish. All drawings are fixed. Full details of mediums used and framing (if applicable) are shown next to the work.

The painting I wanted has sold! How can I be sure not to miss new work when it becomes available?

In order not to miss out on a painting, make sure to join my mailing list to find out about new work before it is added to my shop. I will send occasional email newsletters, but promise not to bombard you with them. You can also follow me on Instagram or Facebook to see what work is coming up.

Will my painting look exactly like the photos?

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.

Are your paintings framed?

Paintings on cradled wood panels usually have a simple hand-painted wooden frame. Details will be with each work.

Most work on canvas is sold unframed; and can be hung as is. This means it can be shipped without costing you more. If you decide on receiving the painting that you would like it framed, a simple slimline box frame looks great on a canvas.

Will my paintings be ready to hang?

Yes, all paintings will arrive ready to hang. You just need to decide where.

How do I pay? Is shipping included?

Please see Purchasing & Shipping details.

Can I collect my artwork directly from you?

Yes. Please send me an email and we can work out a time to meet.

How will my painting be wrapped?

It depends on size, but paintings will be carefully packed using corner protection, bubble wrap and cardboard. Each one is unique so I take care that it is well packaged and that it arrives in perfect condition. For further details about delivery please see the Shipping details.
